Pre-order Terms:

Expected delivery date: Delivery is mid-November/December 2024.
We reserve the right to deliver later.
Due to a variety of reasons and circumstances, shipments may be delayed, postponed and/or rescheduled.
The seller does not suffer any financial or legal consequences from different delivery dates and the buyer does not receive any compensation.

Payment Terms: Upon signing this pre-order quotation, you enter into a purchase and payment obligation.
Payment upon delivery, with a deposit of 10% of the total sum.

VAT Conditions: Our offers are always exclusive of VAT which we charge by invoice upon delivery.
However, since 2024 it is possible to reclaim the 21% VAT on the purchase and installation of a home battery from the tax authorities.
This can make the purchase considerably cheaper.

Conditions for VAT refund:

Dynamic Energy Contract: You must have a dynamic energy contract, where electricity prices vary based on the market.
This allows you to act as a VAT entrepreneur and fall within the small business allowance (KOR).

Suitable Home Battery: You should buy a smart home battery that automatically charges when prices are low and returns energy when prices are high.
This allows you to trade on the energy market.

VAT test: You must meet the VAT test to verify your eligibility for the refund.
This can be done through an online form.
Extra consideration is required if you have previously claimed VAT on solar panels.

Procedure for Refund: After the installation of your home battery, you can reclaim the VAT.
You can arrange this yourself or through a specialized service that will handle the registration and VAT returns for you for a fee.

Important Note: Obtaining the VAT refund is not a guarantee.
You are responsible for meeting all conditions and submitting the application correctly to the Tax Office.
ZMission bears no responsibility for whether or not the VAT is refunded.

Cancellation Policy: You have the right to cancel the order within 14 days of entering into this agreement according to Dutch consumer law (right of withdrawal).
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to revoke the agreement via an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail).
You can use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but are not obliged to do so.
After this 14-day period, you are irrevocably obliged to take delivery of the product.

Consequences of Cancellation: If you withdraw from this contract, we will promptly refund to you all payments made by you up to that point, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will reimburse you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such reimbursement.

Warranty and support: Factory warranty of 10 years commences after delivery.

Installation: Installation should be performed by a Dyson Energy certified installer.
We can provide this, or you can ask your own home installer.
Installation costs are not included in the product price and will be billed separately.

Pre-order period: Pre-orders will be considered until the closing date of this promotion on Sept. 20, 2024.

Force Majeure (Force Majeure): In case of delay, the buyer is not released from his obligation to purchase, it remains intact.
In case of delay due to force majeure (such as but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances), we will inform the buyer as soon as possible and set a new delivery date.The buyer remains obliged to take delivery, the maximum delay being six months.

Modifications and Good Bargaining: In case of necessary modifications to the product, consultation will take place between buyer and seller.
These modifications must be in writing and electronically signed by both parties.
These modifications do not relieve the buyer of the obligation to purchase, provided they take place after the expiration of the 14-day cancellation period.

Fees and Price Changes: All costs are specified in this agreement and will not change after signing this agreement.
However, under special circumstances such as extreme increases in transportation costs, wages, import and customs duties, prices may be passed on one-to-one.
ZMission will inform the buyer of this in writing.
This is not a reason to cancel the contract.

Complaints: Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted to the seller within a reasonable time fully and clearly described, after the buyer has identified the defects.
Complaints submitted to the seller will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt.
If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, the seller will respond within the 14-day period with a notice of receipt and an indication of when the buyer can expect a more detailed answer.
